Central Mass Soccer Coaches Association
This association of coaches (Central Massachusetts Boy's and Girls Head Coaches from each respected Division per MIAA rules) select the Central Massachusetts All-Stars, All-State, and All-Region honorees, and submit them to the State for those players to be considered for All-Region and All-American honors. It is the responsibility of the associated coaches to run and manage the year-end banquet to honor outstanding contributors, long-time coaches, and players earning all star accolades.

Assistant Referees Mechanics
When the game format uses a three-person referee crew - each member of the crew MUST watch and understand the video on this site located here AR use of flags and sideline positioning in a 3 referee crew assignment. This is vital as ARs are not to be in the field of play with a flag and have certain signals that the CR needs to understand in non-verbal communications.
